"The quickest and easiest pizza to make. Even the kids can do it. Even make funny faces for kids parties. Clowns, pirates,monsters.....etc i put it in vegetarian because you can omit the ham"

Serves:: 4

ingredients

2 English muffins
2 tablespoons pizza sauce or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup cheese
¹⁄₂ cup ham
¹⁄₂ cup pineapple

directions

Cut the muffins in half.
spread with sauce.
add toppings (as you would pizza).
cook under griller until cheese melts.

If you substitute canned biscuits for muffins, would you need to bake the biscuits first?

Ham, and especially pineapple, do not belong on any kind of pizza.

You should never slice and English muffin they should be separated with a fork inserted between the top and bottom this way you get the nooks and crannies filled with the pizza sauce and cheese
